Festive Fashion|Eid Mubarak

Hello Everyone and Adaab,

I am back with another post this festive season gearing you all up for festive fashion.

Eid is just round the corner & I’m super  excited to visiting all my friend’s places for yum and delicious Sewayi- Biryani combo.

I know you all are also excited. So lets start celebrating this festival of faith and patience in true spirit.
Eid is not just about going to my friend’s places and having food. I love the feel of togetherness, prayers, positivity and celebrating our diversity as a country.

We all love dressing up on our special occasions… it doesn’t matter what religion we follow. I love seeing my friends preparing for Eid and it has always been fun for me to help my friends in picking up the right dresses. I have also designed a sarara once for my friend, when I was in school.

In my festive fashion series you guys can also check Deepawali posts that I posted last year!! 🙂

I have a very special and sweet friend who I am going to meet this Eid,after such a long time.
It’s been 2-3 years almost and we haven’t met so I’m planning to surprise her because she has no idea that I am going to be with her on this Eid.
I will share behind the scenes scenario on Eid with you all later.
OMG, I’m soòooo excited to talk about the outfit.

Festive Fashion Styling For Eid By Shrizan in simple Chikankari kurti and dupatta

You all know my love for chikan embroidery and for some days I have been  planning to steal my sister’s Chikan Kurti and Palazzo from her wardrobe. I made sure to get this dress for Eid.

I just love borrowing clothes from my sister or even my brother’s wardrobe. Clearly, I am m a person who is infamous for stealing clothes. I have added this peach colour Kota cotton dupatta which I bought from Kota, Rajasthan. By adding Palazzo & volume gota dupatta with Chikankari short kurti the whole look just got Eid-e-fied.

Hair, Makeup & Accessories – To give this look more authenticity I have  added silver oxidised peacock design earrings. I made a low bun with side sleek parting. To complete this look I wore my kolhapuri which is my jaan to give it bit conservative look.

Makeup: Used lakme CC cream and compact powder as a base. Cool base colour lipstick for lips, simple liner and loads of mascara on lashes.

Loving this completely sober and Lucknowi Andaz look. Hope you guys will like this look.
