Namastey and Adab!
So Diwali is around the corner and I am much excited to share a slew of Diwali outfit ideas.. What makes Diwali so special? To me.. it’s about spending time with my family… burn crackers with my brothers and sisters, sharing different sweets with each other and getting lots and lots of gifts.. after all this, how one can not wait for Deepawali which brings lights and happiness and makes everything around us ,special.. right?
Do you think I missed something? No.. how can I… there is one thing which is most awesome and joyful thing to me for Deepawali… …u r right ..it is.Diwali dress… from my childhood to my early 20s I have always prepared and designed my Deepawali dress.. I remember i bought bandhej blue colored elephant print kurti pajami dupatta set for this festival at the age of 10. That was my first self designed cloth. And I was so happy to wear it. See …how much fascinated and excited I was at the age of 10 and here I am now…With some fascinating Diwali dress ideas.
For me nothing has changed …I am the same person who gets excited to even think about Deepawali and Diwali dress ideas and start designing my dresses for it. Ok..so I told about my story..n I am sure you all must have some very interesting stories too.. For this Deepawali I was sure to wear something colorful but trendy at the same time. So I picked..high waisted yellow Palazzo pant, these days they are in vogue and we can wear it comfortably with anything ..and by saying anything i mean it. By wearing and matching it with crop tops, t-shits,shirts,jackets,kurti’
s, kurtas and also with sweater.
U know guys I have realized that whenever you go specially to shop any particular outfit..you will not be able to get one.. it always happens with me and from these experiences…I dont go for exclusively for shopping..yes i behave superstitious types sometimes.
I went for shopping with my sister to help her for deepawali shopping for herself and gifts for her friends. I was very dedicatively searching dresses for her and suddenly my eyes got stucked at this yellow soft pallazo…n I started feeling compelled to make this stuff, part of my deepawali dress collection…yes..The Deepawali dress. So I picked this one immidiately and started searching for the top ..I felt that this was my day and yeahu i found this hotcurry cute pink crop top which can make you look traditional at the same time. I call it happy top.. cuz of it’s festive looking top.
For accessories, I picked my sister’s jewellery. This diya look earring and mangtika is my favorite.. and it jelled with my golden chappals as well. And bindi always gives you chunky Indian touch.. so I added this cute tiny golden bindi for perfect Indian ethnic attire.
So …here is my look..what say guys?
Now ..share your experiences and ideas about this dress and keep smiling, be safe and wear colorful dresses to this Deepawali.
