Hello Family,

This is a special post for the ocassion of World Ethnic day which is celebrated every year on 19th June.

The word “Ethnicity” is generally connected with roots of any culture, which for me simply means, a reflection of our own culture, a taste of our own indigenous style. In our fast paced modern society where wearing a saree has become a skill, instead of a habit, I consider myself lucky to be a lover of ethnic Indian dresses, especially sarees. With craftsvilla’s collection getting more tempting every day, it is more difficult to shortlist the ones I actually want, because so many of them get added to my mental cart automatically, once I open the collections, still I managed to finalize this Green Silk Designer Saree With Embroidery Work for showing my saree love on World Ethnic Day. In this special post, I am wearing this gorgeous Green Silk Designer Saree with golden Embroidery Work.

You can check out my saree HERE

This time I wanted a bit strong and bold look. The colour and design of the Saree makes it much easier to connect with the strong ethnic vibes. I decided to go with smokey eyes and a sleek ponytail. If I am draping myself in an ethnic look, there is always a compulsion of Bindi and oxidised jewellery. It enhances the whole ethnic attire.I wore this beautiful peacock design earring to make this look even more subtle.

I am both proud and excited to celebrate  ‘World Ethnic Day’ with #CraftsvillaWorldEthnicDay and would also  like to share with you, that my family members have already purchased sarees and suits from Craftsvilla online store and loved their design and quality. Go check out the the huge and awesome ethnic collections at Craftsvilla and celebrate this World Ethnic day with Craftvilla.

I stay in Lucknow and I am fond of ethnic styling and local food here. I am a person who believes in staying grounded and love to be connected to my roots. We have traditional Chikankari work as our Ethnic identity.

Being a fashion blogger, I often try so many types of dresses, but the feeling of wearing ethnic dresses especially saree is always unmatchable. It might sound a little crazy if I compare it to the feeling of patriotism, but maybe it is nothing less than that!!

Love
